Enquiries & contact forms.

When you contact us, we receive the information you choose to provide, such as your name, email address, phone number and message. We use it to respond and help organize your visit. Our contact form sends enquiries to the studio by email. We do not use these messages to enrol you in marketing mailings.

Please do not send payment card details or medical records in the general enquiry form. Information needed for a treatment is requested through the appropriate consultation and booking process.

Online appointments.

Booking is handled by Acuity / Squarespace Scheduling. Opening the booking link or choosing to load the embedded scheduler connects your browser to that service. The scheduler collects the contact and appointment information you enter and any procedure-specific forms or payment details required for your selected appointment.

Its privacy practices are described by Squarespace’s privacy policy. We use appointment information to administer your visit and send booking-related communications.

Maps, social links & embedded content.

The contact page includes a Google map that loads when its section comes into view. Maps on other pages load when you choose to load them. A directions link opens Google Maps directly. Booking embeds also require a deliberate load action. These services receive ordinary connection data when they load and apply their own cookie and privacy policies.

Social links take you to an external platform. Fonts and images are served by this website. We do not load advertising pixels or third-party chat widgets on these pages. Our hosting provider processes technical information, such as IP addresses and request logs, to operate and protect the website.

Security, service providers & records.

Hosting and email providers process information needed to operate the website and deliver enquiries. WordPress, booking services and payment providers may retain records according to their configurations and applicable requirements. We use information for the enquiry or appointment purpose and related administration.

Contact the studio to request access to or correction of your information, or to discuss deletion and retention. Some records may need to be retained for service, accounting or other applicable obligations.

Your choices.

You can contact the studio by phone or email instead of using the enquiry form or embedded scheduler. For booking changes, use the link in your confirmation. For a privacy question about an external provider, consult that provider’s privacy policy.

This page should be reviewed when forms, analytics, advertising tools or booking processes change.
