Book the correct location.

This website connects to Oakville — Elina at 603 Argus Rd #110, Oakville, ON L6J 6G6. Choose the service you need and check the appointment’s displayed time zone. Availability comes directly from Acuity.

Cancellation & rescheduling.

Please give at least 48 hours’ notice to cancel or move an appointment. Use the manage-appointment link in your confirmation or contact the studio if you need help.

Treatment deposits are non-refundable. A late cancellation, late reschedule or missed appointment forfeits the deposit. One transfer to another date may be approved by EkBeBeauty; it requires confirmation and is not automatic. Exceptional circumstances are reviewed individually. If EkBeBeauty cancels, the deposit is refunded in full.

Payments & deposits.

• CA$100: initial PMU brows, lips and lash line, Full Face, Brows & Lips, Brows or Lips & Lash Line, and Brow & Lash Lift.
• CA$50: all touch-ups, laser removal and remover removal.
• CA$20: individual brow tinting, brow lamination, lash lift and lash tint when the service costs more than CA$20. A service priced at exactly CA$20 is paid in full at booking; the same non-refundable cancellation conditions apply.

The deposit is credited toward your treatment total. Prices are in Canadian dollars before applicable GST/HST. Tax is calculated on the full treatment price at final payment, then the deposit is deducted. No separate processing fee is charged.

Consultations & card authorization.

Free Phone Consultation is complimentary and requires no card; it has no CA$50 missed-appointment fee. PERMA BROWS Private Consultation and Private Consultation are also complimentary when attended.

The technical CA$1 price used by Acuity enables card verification. It is not charged at booking or collected after an attended consultation. Your card is securely stored through Square, with authorization for a manual CA$50 charge for a no-show or a cancellation or reschedule with less than 48 hours’ notice, unless EkBeBeauty approves an exception.

One consultation reschedule with sufficient notice can be transferred without an extra charge. No CA$50 fee applies if EkBeBeauty cancels.

Touch-ups & previous permanent makeup.

A touch-up is a separate appointment unless the selected service explicitly states otherwise. Refresh appointments are for existing EkBeBeauty work and must match your treatment history. Confirm an uncertain time window before choosing a session.

If another artist performed your previous permanent makeup, arrange an assessment first. Existing pigment can affect whether enhancement, correction or removal is appropriate.

Read your appointment details and treatment-specific preparation information. Complete the intake forms supplied for procedures before attending. A phone consultation is the first step if you are unsure which service is right for you.
