I’m 77 years old, and I’ve struggled with my eyebrows my entire life. When I was younger, I used to over-pluck them until they were extremely thin, but I always loved beautifully styled, defined brows. At different times in my life, I grew them out and had fuller, more natural-looking brows, and at other times I would pluck them very thin

Now, at 77, I don’t want to and simply can’t spend time doing makeup every day. I wanted my eyebrows to look polished and beautiful every single day without having to worry about them. To me, eyebrows are one of the most important features of the face. They create shape, freshness, and can make the face look more lifted and youthful

This is especially important to me because I’m constantly around people and work with clients. I want to look my best, feel confident, and never have to worry about how I look

I searched for a long time for the right option. I was even considering traveling to another city or province to find the right artist. Eventually, I found Elina and she is truly the best thing that has ever happened to my eyebrows

From beginning to end, the experience was absolutely amazing

First of all, her studio is beautiful and extremely clean. Elina is such a kind, well-mannered and knowledgeable young woman, but what impressed me most was her professionalism. You can feel it the moment you walk into her studio. She knows exactly what she is doing

I initially came in for a consultation. She carefully mapped out my brows and showed me what they would look like once healed. I was very concerned that my eyebrows would be too dark or too bold, so she listened carefully to all of my wishes and made sure the result would be exactly what I wanted

Then we did the Perma Brows procedure, and I ended up with the most beautiful brows. I absolutely love them!

Two months later, after the brows had completely healed and the pigment had fully settled, I decided I wanted just a little more color, so I came back to Elina for my touch-up

This has honestly been the best experience I could have asked for. I wholeheartedly recommend Elina to everyone who wants beautiful, natural-looking, perfectly designed brows

I absolutely love seeing Elina! She’s amazing at what she does and makes you feel comfortable from the moment you walk in. She does such an incredible job, and I’ve received so many compliments on my eyebrows! This was my first time getting them done, and I’m so happy with how natural they look. From start to finish, my appointment was amazing!

I have been seeing Elina’s work for a couple years but timing never worked out where I could see her! Even though her student was doing my lip blush, I was still excited because it was going to be under Elina’s watch.

First of all, I want to acknowledge that despite how I was late to my appointment, Elina was not rude or made me feel bad. In fact, she offered me the washroom and water, which really helped me settle into my appointment.

I appreciated that Elina was straightforward and no BS with the consultation. She is very knowledgeable and was able to pinpoint what needed to be done, which helped me feel confident proceeding. In the past, I have found that lip blush artists have not listened when I have stated that I wanted a cooler toned pink; Elina pulled a couple of pigments that affirmed she UNDERSTOOD!

Throughout my appointment, Elina checked in to ensure my comfort, and was consistently present to watch her student’s work and provide appropriate feedback. Her student did not need much help but she did a fantastic job, and was incredibly precise and thorough. I cannot wait to see how my lips heal!

I am not new to PMU but my experience with Elina (again, even though she did not directly do my service) made me realise how many “popular and renowned” PMU artists are not safe and responsible, including one I was loyal to for years. Even the aftercare pack Elina provided me was a lot more comprehensive than anything else I have received from past treatments. When I shared my past experiences with her (including my horribly done PMU brows), she gave me a solid referral to another professional to start the process of getting that work removed to properly start over. Elina gave me the opportunity to connect with this professional when my appointment was done, and it was a great experience! For the first time in 7 years, I am so excited for my brow renewal journey and hope Elina will be doing my new brows! Elina personally gained nothing from referring that but it speaks to her character, and how she looks out for her clients.
