BOOKING, DEPOSITS & CANCELLATION POLICY
By booking an appointment with EK.BEBEAUTY, you agree to the following terms.
1. Deposits & Payments
A deposit is required to secure all appointments.
Deposit amounts:
- 20% Deposit on all the services
Deposits:
- Are non-refundable under all circumstances
- Are applied toward the final service cost
- Serve as a booking, consultation, and preparation fee
Failure to attend your appointment will result in loss of deposit.
2. Cancellation & Rescheduling
We require minimum 48 hours’ notice to reschedule an appointment.
- One (1) reschedule is allowed with at least 48 hours’ notice
- Deposit will be transferred to the new appointment
If:
- You cancel or reschedule within 48 hours
- You fail to show up (no-show)
Your deposit is forfeited
A new deposit or full prepayment will be required to book again.
If an appointment is rescheduled more than once:
- The deposit becomes void
- A new deposit is required
3. Same-Day Bookings
Same-day bookings are:
- Final and non-refundable
- Not eligible for deposit transfer
4. Late Arrivals
If you are running late, contact us:

- Late arrivals may result in shortened service
- Full service price will still apply
- 20+ minutes late → appointment may be cancelled or rescheduled
Deposits remain non-refundable in case of late arrival.
5. No Refund Policy
All services and deposits are non-refundable.
Results may vary due to:
- Skin type
- Healing process
- Aftercare compliance
By booking, you acknowledge that:
- Results are not guaranteed
- No refunds will be issued for dissatisfaction
GIFT CERTIFICATE POLICY
6. Gift Certificates
- Gift certificates are non-refundable and non-redeemable for cash
- Valid only for services at EK.BEBEAUTY
- Must be presented at the time of appointment
Expiration:
- Gift certificates are valid for 12 months from purchase date unless otherwise stated
If expired:
- The remaining balance may be applied toward a new service at current pricing (at our discretion)
Booking with gift certificate:
- Still requires a deposit to secure the appointment
- Deposit policy applies as usual
Missed appointments:
- Value of the certificate may be reduced or voided
Lost or stolen certificates:
- We are not responsible for replacement
Promotional certificates:
- May have additional restrictions
- Cannot be combined with other offers
IMPORTANT CLIENT INFORMATION
- Clients must be 18+
- No guests, pets, or children allowed
- No service will be provided under influence of drugs or alcohol
- Entry is by appointment only
Touch-Ups
- Brows & Lips: $250 (1–2 months)
- Dark Lip Neutralization: $250 (1.5–3 months)
- Lash Line: $150 (1.5–3 months)
Prices subject to change.
Promotions
- Only one promotion per visit
- Promotions cannot be combined
